Discovery Cove strives to provide a safe, loving, and caring environment for preschoolers. We want parents to rest assured leaving their children in the care of our Discovery Cove Leadership. All of leaders are required to go through a background check progress in order to serve in ministry with our precious preschoolers. The integrity of our preschool ministry is of high value to Northstar Church and our Family Ministries Staff. We strive to ensure that our leadership and preschoolers are in the safest atmosphere possible.

We value teaching preschoolers about God their personal creator and how much He loves them individually. It is our heart for preschoolers to share in our excitement in growing up spiritually through learning about the God who made them, loves them, and desires a relationship with them on a personal level. As preschoolers journey through Discovery Cove we teach the following three core concepts:

• "God made me!"
  
• "God loves me!"
  
• "Jesus wants be my friend forever!"
